Maureen prides herself on successful results by building into each project methods for the monitoring of schedules, goal setting (and achieving) and comprehensive communication throughout the lifetime of projects.
Maureen has the ability to enter projects and quickly assess the environment, the challenges and the people dynamics. As such she has been involved in quite a variety of projects.
Maureen’s current assignments are predominantly for local government organizations looking for leadership of unique assignments requiring exceptional organizational, management and results oriented skills.
